Report on Open Days Organised by Partner Schools

Introduction:

As a culmination of our collaborative efforts during the project, each partner school took the initiative to organize Open Days. The purpose of these Open Days was to showcase the project's outcomes and engage with the local community. By leveraging informal settings like tea/coffee parties, the schools aimed to create a conducive environment for interactions, discussions, and feedback.

Highlights from the Open Days:

Showcase of Project Outcomes:

Each school set up designated areas where visitors could engage with various project outcomes. This included project reports, visual displays, interactive sessions, and more.

Attendees were provided with detailed explanations and were encouraged to ask questions, further deepening their understanding of the project's impact.

Tea/Coffee Parties:

These gatherings were strategically placed at intervals, ensuring that visitors had the opportunity to discuss their impressions and thoughts in a relaxed setting.

The informal nature of these parties also allowed students, teachers, and other stakeholders to interact freely with the community, fostering deeper connections.

Engaging Discussions:

Many local community members took keen interest in the project's activities and outcomes. Their inquiries ranged from understanding the project's conception to its real-world implications.

The discussions also highlighted areas of improvement and potential avenues for future collaborations.

Feedback Collection:

Feedback forms were available for attendees to provide their insights on the presented outcomes. This would help in refining future initiatives and ensuring that community needs are continually addressed.

Cultural Displays:

To add a touch of local culture and to emphasize the international nature of the partnership, each school incorporated cultural displays, including performances, food, and artefacts representative of their respective countries.

Concluding Thoughts:

The Open Days were more than just an exhibition of project outcomes. They were a testament to the collaborative spirit of the partner schools and the community's involvement in the educational process. The positive feedback and high levels of engagement were indicative of the project's success and its potential for lasting impact in the community. Going forward, the insights from these Open Days will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of future initiatives and collaborations.
